Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Once order is confirmed by the seller (farmer), the order is shipped between 2-6 working days or as specified by the seller (it varies product by product).

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost is not added and must be paid by the buyer upon receiving the order. The ‘Shipping Cost’ is NOT included in the price and it will be calculated based on the actual delivery location, total weight of the order and the volume of the order by independent shipping / transport company. Please directly coordinate with Seller (Farmer) to arrange and manage transport / shipping and pay directly to the shipping / transport service provider.

Carriers

Buyer is free to use its own carriers, or seller can suggest one if it is mutually agreeable to pay the cost.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, the seller will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that, shipping is not included in the price and is not part of our service yet, so we are not responsible for providing the tracking / shipping information.

Back Orders

If the product goes on back order, please coordinate with seller directly about the back orders and shipping for same. We will release the payment to seller only for the products you have received as per your specifications.

Return Policy

Can not return the product

Due to perishable nature of the products, it can not be returned once received by buyer. Hence, we recommend to check products upon delivery. The money will be deducted once product is been accepted by buyer.

Refund / Cancel policy

Your Money is secure until you receive and accept the shipment

The booked product can be canceled any time, 100% amount will be refunded before it is confirmed by the seller. The customer (Buyer) may be allowed to cancel the order till the time it is not processed from seller’s end. Buyer is responsible for the shipping / transport cost and it is not refundable. If product is not up to the specification of the buyer, buyer is allowed to reject the products. Once rejected, 95% of the deposited money will be refunded. Once accepted and received by the buyer, no amount will be refunded.
